Adult Classes (16+) offered 2 days a week:

Wednesdays: 7:30pm - 9:00pm

Saturdays: 1pm - 3pm

Your first class is free - first-time students should arrive 10 mins early to complete a waiver if they have not filled out the waiver online in advance (via free trial link).

No kids class offered at this time.
